| 초록 | In this presentation, a simple printing method to fabricate 4 bit memory cells will be presented using tailored porphyrin based conducting polymer. Printing procedures to construct 4 bit memory cell on PET film with stable write-read-erase characteristics will be introduced in detail. Furthermore, printed 4 bit memory cell will be demonstrated. |
