제목 | A novel approach to high conductive and transparent polymers composed of electron donor and acceptor moieties. |
초록 | The most common transparent conducting material of electrodes for the touch screens, solar cells, and flat panel displays is indium tin oxide (ITO). But ITO has well-known disadvantages including high-temperature processing steps, brittleness, and rapidly increasing costs of scarce materials. As a solution of these problems, the conjugated polymers have been focused. The polymers are designed to be easily built up the charge transfer complex with electron donor-acceptor-donor types or changed from benzoid to quinoid type. Thienothiadiazole(TTD) that has a strong electron acceptability and form the good planarity with thiophene ring was adopted. The monomer and polymer consisting of TTD and EDT was synthesized and this electric and optcal properties will be discussed. |
