Hydrothermal synthesis of reduced graphene oxide/TiO2 fiber composites for supercapacitor |

In this work, we have prepared reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/TiO2 fiber (TF) composites by hydrothermal method for enhancing supercapacitors. Structural properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The textural properties were confirmed by N2/77 K adsorption isotherms using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) equation. The electrochemical performance was characterized by cyclic voltammograms (CV). These results indicated that rGO/TF composites enhanced specific capacitance and this study indicates that these materials can be advantageously used for the fabrication of supercapacitors. |
