제목 | Synthesis and Hole-Transporting Properties of Various Bicarbazyl Derivatives |
초록 | Our research team synthesized a new HTL material by using bicarbazyl moiety. Even though carbazole which was used in synthesis is well-known for excellent hole mobility most studies have dealt with carbazole as an emitting material, but few studies have focused on HTL. We were able to synthesize the final compounds from carbazole which substituted ethyl, phenyl, and naphthyl in the 9th position by using oxidative coupling reaction which uses FeCl3. The synthesized material was N,N’-diethyl-3,3’-bicarbazyl (DEBC), N,N’-diphenyl-3,3’-bicarbazyl (DPBC) and N,N’-dinaphthyl-3,3’-bicarbazyl (DNBC). |
