Preparation of biodegradable scaffold, which synthesized from ε-caprolactone and L-lactide, with lotus-leaf-like structured surface by solvent-nonsolvent method for blood compatible biomaterials |
초록 |
Lotus-leaf-like structured L-lactide and ε-caprolactone derivative films were casted by solvent-nonsolvent casting method. PLCL random copolymer and PLCL block copolymer were synthesized by the well-known copolymerization process, and were confirmed by 1H-NMR analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The films were casted with various nonsolvent ratios. Surface hydrophobic characteristic was confirmed by the water contact angle. The water contact angle was increased by surface topology modification. The prepared film surfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Platelet adhesion tests on the modified film surfaces were evaluated by platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and whole blood. The cell adhesive behavior on the modified film surfaces was evaluated. The prepared lotus-leaf-like structured film surfaces exhibited reduced platelet adhesion and increased cell proliferation characteristic. |
