제목 Self-transforming of multi-layered and compartmented hydrogel designed for 4D soft mask
초록 A hydrogel-based soft material similar to the physical properties of extracellular matrix (ECM) has been studied as a facial mask material. In this study, the hydrogel mask was designed to self-transform using a multi-layered and compartmented hydrogel. The hydrogel consisting of two layers with different swelling ratios were fabricated to have specific radius of curvature by self-folding assembly at facial skin temperature. In addition, the radius of curvature formed by self-folding increases the adhesion between the mask pack and the curved skin, such as the nose and chin. Overall, this new strategy to prepare the hydrogel mask using the multi-layered and compartmented hydrogels would be directly applied for developing 4D mask pack.
