제목 Development of Biodegradable Polymeric Nanofiber for Surgical Sealant
초록 Functionalized nanofiber and scaffolds have been widely researched for biomedical applications. Solution blow spinning is a technique for depositing polymer fibers with promising potential use as a surgical sealant. Fabricated of a biodegradable nanofiber was demonstrated as a surgical sealant by solution blow spinning. Characterization of adapt to various surface substrate using commercial airbrush. Solution and deposition conditions of biodegradable polymer nanofibers were optimized and mechanical properties confirmed by dynamic mechanical analysis. Nanofibers degradation degree was monitored of morphology and molecular weight by various conditions in vitro. A trial animal study demonstrated the wide potential of this technique across numerous surgical applications, including its use as a surgical sealant, hemostatic, and support for tissue repair.
