In vitro Study of High Molecular Poly(Ethylene imine) conjugated O-Carboxymethylation Chitosan as an Gene Delivery Carrier |

In this study, we conjugated O-Carboxymethylation Chitosan(OCMCh) and with high gene expression efficiency Poly(Ethylene imine)(MW 25,0000)(PEI25K), whether it was possible the application of gene delivery. The physicochemical characterisitc of OCMCh-PEI25K was investigated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR. Particle size distribution of the OCMCh-PEI25K was determined using dynamic light scattering technique. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was also used to observe the morphology of OCMCh-PEI25K. According the MTT assay of the OCMCh-PEI25K cytoxicity were measured. Gel electrophoresis of the OCMCh-PEI25K was confirmed that complex the DNA. |
