제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Green Light-emitting Electrophosphorescent Polymers with Different Triplet Energy Main Chain
초록 Three series of new green iridium light-emitting electrophosphorescent polymers with fluorene and carbazole as triplet energy main chain have been synthesized via Yamamoto polymerization. The molecular structures of the polymers were characterized with 1H NMR spectroscopy and their photophysical, electrochemical and electroluminescence properties were investigated. Light-emitting devices using the polymers as emitting layers were fabricated with ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer/BmPyPB/LiF/Al configurations. More efficient Forster energy transfer from host to iridium complex guest happened with increasing the ratio of the iridium complex in the copolymers. In this series of copolymers, external quantum efficiency of 0.67, a maximum luminous efficiency of 1.24 cd/A and a maximal luminance of 615.2 cd/m2 were observed.
