제목 Design strategy of acceptor material for highly efficient exciplex emission in organic light-emitting diodes
초록 Three different acceptor materials, (3'-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-(1,1'-biphenyl)-3-yl)-9-carbazole (CzTrz), (3'-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-2'-methyl-(1,1'-biphenyl)-3-yl)-9-carbazole (CzmTrz) and 3,3'-bis(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-1,1'-biphenyl (DTrz), were synthesized as the acceptor materials and the quantum efficiency of the exciplex devices was correlated with the molecular structure of the acceptor material. It was proposed that the emission of the exciplex is assisted by a donor moiety of the acceptor materials and a high quantum efficiency of 12.6% was demonstrated using an exciplex of tris(4-carbazol-9-ylphenyl)amine (TCTA) and CzTrz.
