제목 The structural characteristics of silk fibroin webs prepared by electrospinning and ultrasonication
초록 In this study, silk fibroin webs were prepared by ultrasonication of degummed silk and electrospinning of regenerated silk fibroin, and their structural characteristics were examined. XRD and FTIR spectroscopy indicated that β-sheet crystalline was found in both silk fibroin webs. 2 theta peaks of silk webs were appeared at 9, 20, and 23o, respectively, regardless of preparation method. In case of FTIR measurement, β-sheet conformations were observed at amide I, II, and III bands for silk fibroin webs. Scanning electron microscopy result showed that several hundred nano meter fiber diameters with a relatively evenness were obtained by electrospinning of regenerated silk fibroin.
