제목 Organic Solar Cell with Metal Electrode Formed by Inkjet Printing Technology
초록 Metal electrode for organic solar cell has been fabricated employing an inkjet technology. Poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) blened with [6, 6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) is used as a photoactive layer by spin coating method. The structure is ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/interlayer/Ag. The interlayer in the structure is used in order to reduce work function between photoactive layer and matal cathode(Ag). This organic solar cell fabricated is measured Voc and Isc under AM1.5.
