제목 Evaluation to stability of Liposomes
초록 Liposomes which are made of phospholipids and cholesterolsare similar to biological membranes. Liposomes have been applied in transdermaldelivery system (TDS) due to their significant biocompatibility. In this study,we synthesize nano-liposomes to improve the function of permeation to keratin.We investigate the shape of liposomes following to synthesizing variable ratio withegg phosphatidylcholine and cholesterol. In addition, we compare the stabilityof liposomes depend on using lyoprotective materials like sucrose and maltose.As a result, we can increase the chemical and physical stability of liposomesin dispersion state. We analyzed the characteristic of liposomes throughmicroscope as well as calculate the zeta potential. Furthermore, we study thestability of liposomes through analyzing one that are stored during 5 and 10days. Nano-liposomes can be applied to anti-aging and wound healing process asthey make the fibroblasts create a large amount of collagen.
