제목 Organic solar cells using CdSe quantum dots as interlayer with transfer technique
초록 In this study, bulk heterojunction solar cells of the P3HT:PCBM blend that introduces transferred cadmium selenide (CdSe) Quantum dots (QD) interlayer were fabricated. A method that transfers QD was selected for introducing a CdSe QD interlayer in order to prevent damages in an active layer. A layer was fabricated by applying a spin coating process with QD, which is diffused in organic solvents, to UV curing resin coated PC films. Then, a clean QD interlayer was fabricated through a transcription of this layer onto an active layer. It was possible to verify the transcription of the CdSe QD interlayer based on TEM and confocal microscope images and the increase in Voc, FF, and power conversion efficiency by introducing the QD interlayer.
