제목 Patterning of Conducting Polymer for Source/Drain Electrode of Organic Thin Film Transistors
초록 Polypyrrole (PPy)has been successfully patterned on various flexible substrates using vapor deposition polymerization-mediated inkjet printing method. Uniform and complex conducting polymer patterns are obtained. The bottom-gate and top-contact pentacene organic thin film transistors having the PPy source and drain electrodes was succesfully built showing the output and transfer characteristics of field effect transistor with the mobility as high as 0.52 cm2·V·-1S-1 and on/off ratio of 104 ~ 103.
