제목 Characterization of the microporous HDPE film with stearyl alcohol by strertching temperature
초록 The effects of the stretching temperature on the properties of the high density polyethylene(HDPE) membranes were investigated. Stearyl alcohol and dibuthyl phthalate(DBP) were premixed as a codiluent. And then, the HDPE and the codiluent were mixed to obtain the precursor film in the twin extruder. The precursor films were uni-axially stretched up to 600% in a bath 23~120℃. The pores of the codiluent mixed HDPE film were affected by the stretching temperature.The morphological changes of the samples were observed using a scanning electron microscope.Also, the porosity was measured with a mercury porosimeter. When the condition of the stretching temperature of the codiluent mixed HDPE film was fixed at 80℃, we obtained the highest porosity.
