Evaluation of Activation and Oxygen Transfer Capacity of Oxygen Transfer Particles with Cu and Mn Added on MgTiO3. |

Fossil fuels supply 80% of global energy demand, and 2035 world energy demand is expected to increase about 40% from 2010. Carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology is an attractive technology in that it CO2, a factor of climate change. However, CO2 separation and storage are costly problems. However, the methane circulation combustion technology eliminates the need to separate the gases from the feed gas and the exhaust gas with an indirect oxy-fuel combustion technique. in this study, we tried to improve the oxygen transfer capacity by replacing Cu and Mn, which are active metals, with Mg and Ti sites in the structure of MgTiO3. Physicochemical properties of the particles were confirmed by XRD, XPS, H2-TPR, CH4 and CO-TPD. SEM and TEM were used to confirm the surface characteristics. In addition, to confirm the structural characteristics between the reactions, the characteristics of the particles were also checked by analyzing the XRD structure before and after the reaction. |
