제목 One-step synthesis of VO2 using hydrothermal
초록 VO2 (M/R) is traditionally binary compound with different polymorphs. Among them, VO2 (M/R) shows IR reflectance change at about 680C, so it is expected to be able to apply for the smart window. Various technologies have been developed to synthesize VO2(M), however most of them are complicated and need high cost. So they are not suitable for industrial applications. Hydrothermal method has the possibility for application because the route is simple and requires low temperature respectively although heat-treatment process is necessary to make pure phase. To solve this limit, we use VO2 seed which can accelerates the reaction, so it requires less temperature and can remove heat-treatment process. Finally, we synthesize pure Mo-doped VO2 (M) at lower temperature than other research and it is useful to realize for the smart window application.
