Fabrication of Butter-fly type piezoelectric actuator and its performance |
초록 |
Butter-fly type piezoelectric actuator was patented by KIST and Piezotech is developing to apply this actuator for Pan-tilt module in CCTV. Butterfly-type actuator is featured as easy fabrication and high torque for the small size. First, the basic principle of butter-fly actuator will be introduced. Before fabrication, we simulated the actuation motion with ATILA S/W for the various configurations. Based on the calculated results, we fabricated several kinds of actuators and characterized its performance. In comparing the calculated and measured results, there was big difference in performance and this discrepancy was adjusted by modulating the parameters in S/W. |
