제목 Fabrication of Monodispersed Silver/PMMA Hybrid Particles : Effect of Surfactant
초록 Mono-dispersed PMMA were prepared by emulsion polymerization with 3 different surfactants. And silver nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction method - for electroless silver plating. In the present work, uniform size PMMA particles were synthesized by various surfactants such as Hexadecyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTAB), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), poly-(vinylalcohol) (PVA). And the synthesis of silver colloidal nanoparticles using sodium borohydride as the reducing agent is optimized. The silver colloidal nanoparticles depend on initial concentration of AGNO3 and NaBH4, stabilizer. The silver/PMMA hybrid nanoparticles is characterized on transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), 4-point probe.
