제목 Synthesis of folate-linked PEO and its use for the preparation of nano-sized cadmium sulide(CdS)
초록 The well defined anhydride-terminated poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) can be readily synthesized via chain-end functionalization of living polymer using high vacuum technique. Living PEO was first prepareed by ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide using n-butyllithium, following by reaction of trimellitic anhydride chloride resulting in the production of the anhydride-functionalized PEO. Folate-linked PEO was also prepared by the reaction with anhydride-terminated PEO and folic acid. Bio-stabilized cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanoparticle was synthesized with folate-linked PEO and CdS nanocluster. The final product were characterized by ¹H NMR spectroscopic, size exclusive chromatographic , UV/Visible, FT-IR spectroscopic ,XRD and TEM analysis.
