In this study, nitrogen-doped graphites prepared at different temperature for lithium-ion capacitors as negative electrode were investigated by electrochemical performance measurements. In order to confirm the effect of lithium pre-doped components as a function of nitrogen atomic ratio, the lithium pre-doped graphites were produced by first charge-discharge cycling process with LiFePO4 in positive electrodes. Consequently, the nitrogen-containing groups on the graphites could largely influence on the lithium pre-doped component which was contributed to enhance of discharge capacity and cycling performance. It was noted that a initial irreversible capacity could be significantly decreased by lithium pre-doping components, resulting from nitrogen-doping effect at high temperature. |
