Recently, extensive study on design and synthesis of donor-acceptor (D-A) conjugated polymers have been the quite attractive field owing to their unique optoelectronic properties. Diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based D-A conjugated polymers can have superior crystalline properties depending on donor moiety. Also, the energy levels of HOMO and LUMO, i.e. band-gap can easily be tuned by introducing various donors. As a new design strategy of D-A conjugated polymer structure, terpolymer containing two kinds of donors was proposed to have both advantages of two different donors. In this study, we successfully synthesized new terpolymer based on DPP and two kinds of donors. We demonstrated the performance of organic semiconductors including the physical, optical and electrochemical properties of the new DPP-based conjugated polymer. |
