Studies of PATTT(Poly (3,6-dialkylthieno[3,2-b]thiophene-co-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene)for OTFT Applications |

Organic semiconductors have received great interest because of their potential use in low-cost, large-area circuits on flexible substrates. Normally the film morphologies are controlled by choosing proper solvent or thermal annealing. The alignment polymer chain can be a crucial factor for improving device performance because bad molecular packing of polymer chain resulted from low molecular diffusivity of polymer. In this study, we investigated thermal properties of semiconducting polymer, PATTT and confirmed the order of polymer chain using DSC, UV/VIS Spectroscopy and FTIR spectroscopy. We also studied the morphology in polymer-polymer blending, PBTTT and PATTT. |
