Synthesis and Properties ofPoly(dithiophene) Derivative for Photovoltaic Cells and Organic Thin Film Transistors. |
초록 |
Importance of development of the polymer solar cell (PSC) have attracted wide attention due to low cost and flexibility in large-area applications. At present, due to the good performance of conducting polythiophenes, a great deal of effort has been devoted to the optimization of solar cells using new thiophene architectures. So, in this study, we designed a new p-type thiophene based copolymer PDTBT, PDTBTT with polycyclic aromatics based thiophene unit to enhance π-conjugation. PDTBT and PDTBTT was synthesized by Stille coupling reaction with high overall yields. The obtained PDTBT and PDTBTT polymers were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, UV-absorption and cyclicvoltammetry (CV) studies. The higher thermal stability of this polymer was determined using the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)studies. The detailed optical, electronic properties, OTFTs and PSCs device characterizations will be discussed in detail. |
