Synthesis and Characterization Alkoxyanthracene Derivative Containing Benzothiadiazole for Soluble Polymer Solar Cells:Study of Charge Diffusion in Intramolecular |
초록 |
The synthesis of novel polymeric semiconductors ODATBT & ODABT for the fabrication of soluble polymer solar cells. The material has the low highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level and low band gap, which lead to high open circuit voltage and short circuit current of resulting devices. The obtained polymer was confirmed by the elemental analysis, 1H NMR, FT-IR, UV-visible absorption, and cyclic voltammetry (CV) studies. The polymer ODATBT and ODABT were blended with [6,6]-phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM) in the bulk heterojunction geometry. Thus, this rigid aromatic group containing benzothiadiazole derivatives can be a promising material for the high-performance solution processed large-area polymeric solar cell applications. |
