제목 Effect of nano-patterning on the photoactive layer for efficient organic photovoltaic cells
초록 Efficient organic photovoltaic cells (OPVCs) is one of the most important goals in the solar energy industry due to the advantages of OPVCs over the silicon-based photovoltaic cells with regard to portability, flexibility, inexpensive manufacturing costs, and easy implementation. However, there are a few limitations to enhance power conversion efficiency (PCE). We've tried to treat these problems through patterning on the photoactive layer. We find that the patterned surface of photoactive layer can be a way to treat charge transport, mobility, and even optical properties.
