제목 Micropatterns of Anisotropic Droplets of Nanostructured PS-b-PEO Copolymer by Solvent Annealing on SAMs Patterned Surface
초록 We present a method to fabricate micropatterns of non-spherical droplets of self assembled block copolymer with hierarchically ordered nanostructures by controlling solvent-assisted wetting of the droplets. This method is based on transfer-printing the micropatterned dewetted droplets periodically dewetted on a topographic poly(dimethylsiloxane) pre-pattern onto chemically patterned Au surface with self-assembled monolayers, followed by wetting triggered by solvent annealing. Solvent vapor provides sufficient mobility of block copolymer molecules in convex-shaped micropatterns and the periodic wet-philic and wet-phobic SAMs surface pattern controls the spreading of the transferred droplets during solvent annealing. Solvent annealing of block copolymer droplets combined with chemically patterned surface results non-spherical micropatterns and the shape of a droplet strongly depends on the transferred position relative to the line patterned SAMs deposited on Au substrate.
