제목 | Optical and electrical properties of Al/ITO based transparent electrodes |
초록 | Transparent conductive electrodes (TCOs) have gained significant interest for optoelectronics such as organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and solar cells. Among many TCO materials, indium tin oxide (ITO) is most widely used due to its high electrical conductivity and high transparency. Although there are important secondary requirements such as interfacial properties and chemical stability, the primary requirements are high electronic conductivity and good visible transparency [1]. However, limited process temperature for the use of glass or plastic substrates is a big obstacle for the improvement of the device performances. To improve the optical and electrical properties of TCO films, TCO/metal/TCO [2] and metal/TCO [3] structures have been researched. In this work, we prepared Al/ITO thin films on glass substrate having different deposition conditions. Optical and electrical properties were characterized to find the optimal condition. To improve the properties further, treatment such as thermal annealing and plasma treatment will performed and the detailed analysis on these results will be discussed later. [1] A. Klein, C.
