제목 Sustained release of doxorubicin from anionic liposomes in chitosan hydrogel
초록 The aim of this study was to investigate the release properties of doxorubicin from anionic liposomes in chitosan hydrogel. This chitosan solution containing liposome formed a cross-linked hydrogel at the physical temperature with pH 7.4.1 The release profile of doxorubicin was determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity using fluorescence spectrophotometry with changing temperature and time. These results indicate that the release of doxorubicin from liposome in chitosan hydrogel showed sustained-release as a function of time. This dosage form, chitosan hydrogel, will be applicate to release the drug at specific tumor site as a depot system.
