Direct Synthesis of PEDOT:PSS/Graphene Composites for Thermoelectric and DSSC Properties. |
초록 |
Graphene sheet has many excellent properties such as good flexibility, high electric conductivity and mechanical strength, however, has nearly insoluble in aqueous medium. PEDOT:PSS, conducting polymers have been used the widely energy converted application for DSSC, Thermoelectric device. Unfortunately, PEDOT:PSS doesn’t have superior efficiency due to low conductivity and poor stability. We researched to the in-situ synthesis and property analysis of PEDOT:PSS/graphene composites to solve these problems. PEDOT:PSS/graphene composites were synthesized by oxidative polymerization in aqueous medium. The morphology of PEDOT:PSS/graphene composite was confirmed by TEM and AFM. The electrical properties of these composite films were analyzed using the 4-prove conductivity meter, surface profiler and UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer. Then, thermoelectric and DSSC properties were measured for their application. |
