제목 Inverted organic solar cell fabricated using atomic layer deposition with extraordinarily high stabilities
초록 The ripple-structured ZnOlayers in the inverted organic solar cell (IOSC) were used as electon-collecting layer. In addition, the atomic layer deposition (ALD) was used for additional thin films coating on the ZnO-ripple layer deposited by wet-chemical method. ALD-ZnO and TiO2thin films with mean thickness less than ~5 nm were deposited onZnO-ripple layer. The additional ALD process for ZnO and TiO2 deposition drastically increased the cell stability. It was due to a decrease in the defect density on surface of wet-chemically prepared ZnO layers. Our results show that the stability of the IOSC is very much dependent of the surface defect density of buffer layer. Therefore, control of the surface structure of buffer layers should be crucial for fabricating highly-efficient IOSCs.
