제목 Spontaneous Self Assembly of a Binary Solute Mixture with Controlled Phase Separation
초록 A Patterning of non-volatile solute through solvent evaporation is one of the interest self-assembled methods. For making a ordered pattern in large area, a stable and fine coating method should be designed to control solvent evaporation. In this reason, we make a new coating machine, scaned corona wind coater (SCWC), including corona discharge generator. A electrical properties of corona discharge help to control a solvent evaporation rate and a withdrawal speed of three-phase line during solidification. We can make well aligned line patterns and ordered phase separation of binary blend system with controllable periodicity at a micrometer scale by SCWC without any patterned mask. This facile approach opens up a new route for non-lithography patterning of polymer films.
