제목 Improvement Thermal Conductivity of Polybenzoxazine Composite
초록 The high thermal conductivity value resulted from outstanding properties of the polybenzoxazine matrix and MWCNTs (multi-walled carbon nanotubes) filler coated with BN (boron nitride) was studied. Composite MWCNTs containing BN dispersed in polybenzoxazine were prepared using a twin-screw kneader, which made it possible to simultaneously control kneading, mixing, and heating. Boron nitride coatings were deposited onto MWCNTs surface with plasma. A benzoxazine monomer synthesized from hydroquinone, aniline, and para-fromaldehyde by using solventless system.
The resulting composite was characterized by Quick Thermal conductivity Meter (QTM-500), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and electrical conductivity measurements.
