제목 Improved efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells by surface modification of photocatalysis
초록 The surface of TiO2 photocatalysis was modified using tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate to improve the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). TiO2 photocatalysis was synthesized by sol-gel process and surface modification was carried out under micro-wave. The effects of reduced band gap of TiO2 by surface modification were studied by using UV-DRS. The CV curves were obtained under model solar light (500W). The efficiency of DSSCs was significantly improved about 40% based on effects of reduced band gap by surface modification of TiO2.
