Effects of the stretching temperature on the properties of a alumina filled polyethylene separator |
| 초록 |
The effects of the stretching temperature on the properties of a alumina filled high desity polyethylene(HDPE) separator were investigated.The pores of the alumina filled HDPE membrane were affected by the stretching temperature. The stretching temperature of the alumina filled HDPE was conducted in a bath at 80~120℃. The alumina filled HDPE films were uni-axially stretched up to 600% with a speed rate of 10.8m/sec for the formation of pores. When the condition of the stretching temperature was fixed at 100℃, we obtained the highest porosity. |
