제목 | Preparation and characterization of 3-dimensional sponge using chitosn-alginate-gelatin |
초록 | 3-dimensional sponges prepared with natural polymers have been shown high biocompatibility1. However, the conventional sponges have been put restriction for using to scaffold because of low tensile stress. In this study, we made the 3-dimensional sponges to increase the tensile stress using biocompatible natural polymers such as chitosan, alginate and gelatin. Mechanical properties of the sponges were observed by measuring the pore size, porosity, structure, and tensile stress. In result, pore size and porosity of prepared sponge were 100 ~ 200 μm and above 90%, respectively. Structure of sponge by using SEM showed the open-cell. Tensile stress of sponge was increased by ionic complex of chitosan-alginate and crosslinking of chitosan-gelatin with EDC2. These characterizations of 3-dimension sponge were an important element because the infiltrated cell was well growth in this sponge. Fig. 1. SEM of CGA622 Fig. 2.
