제목 Influence of P3HT nanocrystals on the properties of photocurrent generation in polymer solar cells
초록 The self assembled P3HT nanowires, have been easily fabricated using the different polymer solubilities against various solvents and it is natural attempt that those nanoparticles are employed to control morphologies in the polymer solar cells. In this study, we have used P3HT nanowries in fabrication of the organic solar cells as varying thicknesses. We obtained the high efficiency polymer solar cells and compared those without nanowries. We also examined the charge transfer as well as charge transport as varying thicknesses. Consequently, it is clearly demonstrated that the P3HT nanowires helps both efficient exciton dissociation and charge transport through well controlled binary domains and percolation pathways.
