Solar energy has been attracted great interest for several decade. Especially, photovoltaic cells based on organic materials have been actively studied due to their low fabrication cost and potential application to flexible devices. Most of recent researches are about bulk heterojunction polymer photovoltaic cells in which electron donor and acceptor materials are randomly networked. The complex pathway of the random structure is one of the major problems for the efficient trasport of charge carriers, consequently affecting overall efficiency of the photovoltaic cells. As a promising alternative for the problem, ordered heterojunction photovoltaic cells have been studied using organic-inorganic hybrid structures. In this research, we demonstrate a novel fabrication method for organic-inorganic hybrid tyep photovoltaic cells using TiO2 nanostructures and polymer. |
