Organic memory device fabricated with Au nanoparticle by DNA hybridization mechanism |
| 초록 |
In this study, organic memory structure using pentacene and monolayered gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) with DNA hybridization as charge storage elements was introduced and characterized. The memory device of capacitor type structure was fabricated by target DNA capped Au NPs and probe DNA functionalized SiO2 layer. Clockwise capacitance versus voltage (C-V) hysteresis loops were measured with to the presence of 10 nm oxide. |
