Facile Synthesis of nitrogen doped graphene with Cobalt sulfide nanoparticles for supercapacitor applications |
초록 |
Mn and Zn doped CoS/NGraphene nanocomposites were prepared by wet chemical route from metal precursors and nitrogen doped graphene as starting materials. The as prepared composites were tested for its supercapacitance property by cyclic voltammetric and charge discharge experiments in 6M KOH electrolyte. Cyclic voltammetry experiment was performed at different scan rates and result shows an excellent capacitive behavior of the nanocomposites. The excellent performance is not only due to the presence of nitrogen doped graphene which provides good electrical conductivity but also associated with the good redox activity of CoS. A systematic study is done on the role of transition metal doping and its effect in the electrochemical performance towards supercapacitor applications. |
