| 제목 | Preparation of phytoncide microcapsules depending on concentration of cross-linking agents |
| 초록 | Phytoncides are antimicrobial allelochemic volatile organic compounds derived from plants. However, they are too volatile to be used. So it is desirable to be used as a form of microcapsules. The concentrations of cross-linking agents make a big difference at encapsulaion process, leading outcome variance of microcapsule. This experiment is for preparation of chitosan microcapsules including phytoncide, through bridging reaction using coacervation – phase separation method. And the properties of microcapsules depending on the concentration of cross-linking agents. The sizes and forms of microcapsules are examined using SEM. The existence of phytoncide in microcapusles are verified by a certain peaks using FT-IR |
