Organic electronic devices such as flexible EL displays, LCD, organic solar cell, and OPVs are receiving growing interest. These devices require organic conducting electrodes that are optically transparent. Among them, Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) films as a kind of organic conductors can be a good material for opto-electronic devices owing to its high conductivity and electrochemical stability while maintaining moderate transparency. In this work, we developed that the improved conductive SWCNT-based flexible electrode films were made through hybridization with self-assembling poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene) (PEDOT) in gas phase. The conductive PEDOT chains were interconnected between the SWCNT networks and their conductivity value increased a better up to twofold than the value for the SWCNT network alone. |
