제목 | Mechanism analysis of work-function engineering in few-layer graphene sheets via metal chloride doping and thermal annealing |
초록 | A chemical approach to controlling the work function of few-layer graphene was investigated. The six transition metal-chlorides were used as p-typed dopant. To investigate the effect of ionic chlorine in the thermal annealing of doped graphene sheets, Raman spectroscopy, XPS, and UPS were measured. The doping and degradation mechanism of doped graphene sheets was investigated as a function of the thermal annelaing process. The effect of ionic chlorine is a key role to control the work function of metal chloride doping process.
