제목 | Synthesis of blue phosphorescent host materials based on fused-ring structure and their device properties |
초록 | 2 kinds of fused-ring based dye were designed and synthesized 1,3-bis(5H-benzofuro[3,2-c]carbazol-5-yl)benzene (BFCz) and 1,3-bis(5H-benzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-c]carbazol-5-yl)benzene (BTCz). The chemical structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR, 1C-NMR, FT-IR, MASS, EA, the thermo properties were determined by DSC, TGA. When the device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/TAPC/mCP/Host:FirpicX%/TSPO1/LiF:Al was constructed, the EL emissions of the devices are observed at 473nm. In optimized structure, the device obtained had greatest resulted in high performance OLEDs with a high external quantum efficiency of 14% and Color stability from 100cd/m2 to 3000cd/m2. |
