제목 The effect of cellulose triacetate concentration on salt rejection properties for desalination
초록 Cellulose triacetate(CTA) hollow fiber membranes which has high salt rejection property and chlorine-resistant property were prepared for reverse osmosis. Membrane porosity and its pore size were controlled to investigate the effect of non-solvent contents, retention time and the presence/absence of various additive. The membranes were washed in distilled water for three days to remove any residual solvents and immersed in glycerine aqueous to prevent membrane shrinkage. Final membranes were stored in distilled water. Membrane cross-section and surface were examined using a scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
