The core-shell structured Si-CNT/carbon nanofibers are fabricated as anode materials of lithium ion batteries by dual electrospinning to enhance both specific capacity and stability. The electropsun Si-CNT located at the inner place as a core plays an important role in preventing the nanosized Si and distributed CNT from extreme volume change, suggesting the improvement of electrochemical performance. Moreover, PAN-based carbon placed on outer as a shell constrains the expansion of core as well as makes numerous electrochemical sites. The morphology of the the nanofibers are characterized by SEM, the structure of the nanofibers are studied by using a XRD and their electrochemical properties are investigated by charge-discharge test. |
