제목 In Situ fabrication of SWCNT-PEDOT hybrid film and its optoelectrical characteristics
초록 Hybrid films of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) with functionalized SWCNT fabricated by a one-pot chemical route in aqueous medium. The hybrid material is modified by utilizing a binary solvent system for blending and its hybrid films were fabricated by direct wet coating such as spin-coating. The PEDOT/SWCNT hybrid film as the conductivity electrode layers showed high conductivity as low as 150 ohm/sq at 85% transmittance when a SWCNT is incorporated at 0.5-1wt%. As the result, we can be made the largely improved conductive PEDOT films through hybridization with SWCNT and/or Au nanoparticles.
