제목 Injecting Lipid-DNA Nanoparticle as the Immunostimulant via Multiple Injections
초록 The incorporation of lipid-modified nucleotides into DNA strands enables the formation of micelles of uniform size. In a single self-assembly step, the micelles can be equipped with immune adjuvant (CpG) motifs. We described the proper routes for injecting immunostimulatory nanoparticle (INP). We investigating that after assessing six ways of administering an INP, several of the routes of INP injection effectively induced dendritic cell-mediated immune-stimulation in vivo, making them amenable to immunotherapies and vaccines using such soft materials.
