제목 Alternating Copolymerization reaction of carbon dioxide and cyclohexene oxide using multi-metal cyanide catalysts
초록 Heterogeneous multi metal cyanide (MMC) catalysts were prepared by using K3[Co(CN)6]2, K3Fe(CN)6 and ZnCl2, together with tertiary butyl alcohol and polytetramethylene ether glycol as complexing reagents. MMC catalysts characterized by various spectroscopic methods were utilized for the copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide and CO2. MMC catalysts showed high activity to yield aliphatic polycarbonates of narrow polydispersity and moderate molecular weight. Effects of reaction conditions such as reaction time, temperature, CO2 pressure and catalyst concentration on copolymerizations were investigated.
